Strength Class - Intermediate & Advanced - Not recommended for pregnant women
Want to feel the burn in all the right places? S&L class uses targeted exercises to sculpt your body where you want it the most. We’ll use weights and will focus on toning your abs, sculpting your arms, and shaping your glutes. Not just once, but twice (or maybe more!). This circuit style class will leave you feeling accomplished and energized.
